The service receptionist meeting you with a check-off list is a first among dealers and note worthy. She provided immediate attention and was very nice also. The service writer handled the process perfectly and the service Sarah also supported having the loaner brought to unload my company material form my car to the loaner. This again is 1st class handling of helping the customer have an easy transition. She also handled the return visit swapping out things from the loaner to my car by bringing it around quickly during the process. Time is money to me and time is on short supply today. The DeSimone people, all of them, act as team to get you in and out quickly but also take the time to listen to your needs...Thanks again for the pleasant experience.

I wanted to take a quick moment to thank you and the entire staff at Mt. Laurel BMW for providing such great last minute assistance this weekend.
My wife and I, along with our 7 month old golden retreiver were traveling north along the New Jersey Turnpike to visit my wife's Grandparents in New York and to celebrate her Grandmother's 85th birthday. At a rest stop, the rear passenger window regulator to our X5 failed, leaving the window in the down position. Not wanting to travel all the way to New York with the window down, we searched frantically for a local BMW dealership. We could not have been happier to find your dealership a little more than five miles away.
First, we were very surprised and relieved to see you had Saturday service hours. We have not encountered many (frankly, any other) BMW dealers that have Saturday hours.
Second, your entire staff, and Bobby Jones in particular, were so very understanding and helpful. They handled our difficult situation with care and class. Our car was repaired quickly and professionally, as we would expect. But the kindness of the staff was what set this experience apart. We were so thankful to see how welcoming everyone was to us, especially since we had a 60 lb. puppy in tow. There are few places that would open their doors so readily as BMW of Mt. Laurel did this weekend.
Although, there are severaly other dealerships closer to our home in Wilmington, DE, I can say we'll certainly keep you in mind when it's time for us to get our next BMW.

"I have been dealing with James Dagastine and even though my BMW is a 1997 w/ almost 110k miles on it, he still treats me as though it was a brand new car. He makes no difference b/t a new and old BMW, just is a terrific customer service person. I only had to wait 3 days to get in, b/c I had asked for a certain date, but I'm sure he would have squeezed me in had I needed to get in earlier. Also, my car was cleaned so well that when I woke up the next morning and looked out the window, I didn't think my car was there! Instead, I saw a beautiful (what I thought was a neighbor's NEW) BMW! Then I realized that it was mine and the staff at DeSimone just did an immaculate job cleaning it!
